Let’s make it fun to meet your procurement goal! The classroom with the highest percentage of families who meet their $200 procurement requirement by December 19, 2025 will win a pizza party in January (actual date to be determined by classroom teacher)!

🎯 What Counts Toward Procurement?

Each St. Francis family is asked to contribute $200 in value toward our 2026 Auction. You can meet this requirement in any of the following ways:

• 🛍️ Donate an item or experience Submit an item donation

• 💵 Make a cash donation Submit a cash donation

• 📣 Purchase an ad in the Auction Catalog View ad specifications and submit your ad

• 🤝 Secure a business or family sponsorship  Learn about sponsorships

🏆 How the Contest Works

• We’ll track procurement submissions by classroom

• The class with the highest percentage of families who meet the $200 goal by 12/19/25 wins

• The winning class will enjoy a pizza party in January
