Early-Jockey (early-bird) Drawing Information

Thank you for everyone who secured tickets to our Live Auction Gala by our early-jockey cut-off of March 27th!  You have been entered into the raffle for  a two‑night stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington plus dinner for two at Water’s Table. We will draw the winner live during our auction program, and you must be present to win. It’s an incredible package, and we can’t wait to surprise one lucky guest on auction night.

How Entries Work: Every guest who uses a Gala ticket purchased by the Early‑Jockey deadline will receive one entry into the drawing. This means entries are based on each individual ticket, not just the purchaser. For example, if someone bought a table of 10 before March 27, all 10 guests seated at that table will each receive one entry. If a family purchases two tickets, both ticket holders will receive an entry.

Venue: Hyatt Regency Lake Washington

Theme: Kentucky Derby Party

Attire: Cocktail Attire (or have fun and play with the theme - think bold colors or soft pastels, florals, & statement pieces such as fabulous hats or fascinators!  Guys may lean towards lightweight suits, seersucker or linen, colorful ties & bowties, and fedoras or Derby hats) 

5pm | Registration Open and Enjoy No-Host Cocktails in the Grand Foyer

6pm | Dinner and Live Auction in the Grand Ballroom

9pm | After Party & Dancing featuring our DJ!

For the first time in six years, our Silent Auction is back in person—and we couldn’t be more excited! Join us on Friday, April 17, 2026 in the McClean Family Center (St. Francis Gym) for an evening of community, delicious bites, a cash bar featuring beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, and incredible auction items.

Attire: Casual dress (save the hats and dresses for the Live Auction on Saturday!)

Open to all, this festive night will feature a wide array of experiences, gift packages, and treasures up for bid—plus don't  miss the delicious appetizers generously provided by Chef Chester Mitre and Lavish Roots Catering and of course drinks from our cash bar to keep the Derby spirit flowing!

Ways to Get Involved

We have a wide range of volunteer opportunities, including:

• Planning roles that can be done from home and on your own schedule

• Silent Auction support, including item organization and event‑day assistance

• Live Auction volunteers to help create a smooth and memorable evening

• Decoration Craft Night, where volunteers help assemble décor elements

• Procurement drop‑off and pick‑up events, assisting with inventory and check‑in
